Market leading SaaS start-up, hungry for growth, hired Larkspur to map a path to triple its customer base.
Larkspur uncovered a large untapped market of smartphone-tethered parents that were primed to be customers and a rich opportunity among small businesses migrating to the cloud. Updates to the product and pricing configuration and channel strategies gave LastPass new room to run and contributed to a 10x sale of the company.
